紅茶の香りが良いケーキにココナッツミルクを使ったレモンカードを入れて焼きました。乳製品を使わずにでも満足できる味わいになっています！

レモンカード (約3カップ分)
　　ココナッツミルク　　　400ml
　　レモン汁　　　　　　　1/2カップ
　　砂糖　　　　　　　　　1カップ
　　コーンスターチ　　　　1/3カップ
　　ターメリックパウダー　小さじ1/2
　　塩　　　　　　　　　　小さじ1/4

レモンティーケーキ (24cm x 4cm のパウンドケーキ型使用)
　　小麦粉　　　　　　　　300g
　　ベーキングパウダー　　大さじ1
　　ベーキングソーダ　　　小さじ1/2と1/4
　　レモン汁　　　　　　　1/4カップ
　　レモンの皮　　　　　　2個分
　　アップルソース　　　　150g
　　砂糖　　　　　　　　　100g
　　油　　　　　　　　　　1/4カップ (オリーブオイル使用)
　　植物性ミルク　　　　　1カップ (ココナッツミルク使用)
　　塩　　　　　　　　　　小さじ1/4
　　紅茶の葉　　　　　　　2パック

Hi guys! This cake has a great tea flavor and it goes to well with the coconut lemon curd!

⭐️Recipe⭐️
Coconut Lemon Curd (About 3cups)
400ml of coconut milk
1/2cup of lemon juice
1cup of sugar
1/3cup of corn starch
1/2tsp of turmeric powder
1/4tsp of salt

Lemon Tea Cake (9×5-inch pan)
300g of all purpose flour
1tbsp of baking powder
1/2 & 1/4tsp of baking soda

1/4cup of lemon juice
2 lemon of zest
150g of apple sauce
100g of sugar
1/4cup of oil (I used olive oil)
1cup of plant milk (I used coconut milk)
1/4tsp of salt
2bag of tea leaves
