2 apples
2 eggs
Soft flour 50g
Sugar 50g
Unsalted butter 50g
Milk 70g
โ How to make โ
1. Melt butter.
2. Mix everything except powder first.
3. Mix the powder.
4. Slice the apples.
You can peel it all off, or you can leave some parts to decorate it as an accent.
5. Lay an oven sheet on the pound mold.
6. Stack the sliced apples without gaps.
7. Pour the dough little by little.
8. Decorate with sliced apples with skin on top.
9. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 50 minutes.
10. When the heat is removed, finish with powdered sugar.
11. Chill well.
