栗の季節が到来【栗と抹茶のパウンドケーキ/Chestnut and Matcha Pound Cake】

Ingredients(17cm pound type)
100g/0.22lb Flour
10g/0.35oz Matcha
4g/0.14oz Baking powder
80g/0.17lb Sugar
20g/0.70oz Honey
100g/0.22lb Butter
2 Eggs
150g/0.33lb boiled chestnuts + decorations, as needed
Kinako(soybean flour) for decoration

How to make
 1) Bring the butter to room temperature.
   Preheat the oven to 170℃/338℉.
   Combine the flour, matcha and B P.
 2) Cream the butter in a bowl with a whisk.
    Add the sugar and mix well until the mixture turns white.
 3) Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly each time.
    Be careful not to make lumps.
 4) Add the combined flour mixture and mix with a spatula.
 5) When the mixture is no longer powdery, add the chestnuts and mix them in.
 6) Put the batter in a mold lined with a baking sheet and fill the mold with a spatula, making sure it is evenly distributed.
 7) Put it in the oven and bake it.
    After about 10 minutes of baking, remove the batter from the oven and top with the boiled chestnuts.
    Immediately return it to the oven and bake for another 40 minutes or so.
 8) After baking, take off the heat, cover the whole thing with plastic wrap and let it rise overnight.
 9) Remove from the mold, sprinkle the top with kinako flour with sugar, cut it into pieces and eat it as you like.
