Ingredients:

1/4 cup salted butter or oil

1/4 cup sugar or more

1 mashed banana

3/4 cup milk or less (according to consistency)

2 cups chickpea flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1/4 cup crushed walnuts / Almonds

1/2 cup chocolate

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.

Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and castor sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Bananas and Milk: Mix in the mashed bananas until well combined. Gradually add the milk and stir until the mixture is smooth

Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder.

Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined. Avoid overmixing.

Fold in Nuts and Chocolate: Gently fold in the crushed walnuts and chocolate chunks.

Pour and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake: Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
