今回のハングリーハスキーレシピは、近所のスーパーで手に入る材料で「レモンクッキー」を作ります。

このレモンカードを乗せたレモンクッキーは、僕の一番大好きな夏に作るクッキーです。SNSでレシピをたくさん見かけて、甘いクッキーとレモンカードの爽やかなレモンの風味を組み合わせた、自分のバージョンを作ってみようと思いました。レモンカードは本当においしくて、ケーキに入れたり、ジャムのようにトーストに塗ったりできます。
僕は普段はフルーツ系のクッキーよりもチョコレートクッキーの方がが好きですが、このレモンクッキーは特別です。

Wellcome to Hungry husky home cooking! Today i’m making Lemon Cookies using ingredients you can find at the local supermarket in Japan.
These Lemon Cookies with Lemon Curd are my favourite cookies to make in the summer. I have seen a lot of recipes on SNS, and I thought it was the perfect time to make my version, combining the sweetness of the cookie and refreshing citric flavour of the lemon curd. Lemon curd is really delicious and can be used in cakes or even spread on toast like jam.
I usually prefer chocolate cookies over fruity cookies, but these lemon cookies are special.
