Ingredients:👇
* 4 apples
* 100ml water
* 80g walnuts
* 80g raisins
* Pinch of salt
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
* 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder (optional)
* 100ml coconut oil or sunflower oil
* 3 beaten eggs
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 220g oat flakes or oat flour
Preparation:👇
1. Prepare the Apples:
* Wash, peel, and cut the apples into small cubes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
2. Combine Ingredients:
* Add the walnuts, raisins, water, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder (if using), coconut oil (or sunflower oil), lemon juice, baking powder, 3 beaten eggs, pinch of salt and oat flakes (or oat flour) to the bowl with the apples.
* Mix everything well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Bake the Cake:
* Pour the mixture into a baking tray and spread it out evenly.
* If desired, sprinkle some almond flakes on top for added crunch.
* Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the cake is golden and set.
