我が家は大人ばかりの3人家族ですが、お休みの日はホットケーキを食べることも多く、ホットケーキミックスは常備しています。
雨の日曜日にゆっくりブランチ。
そんな気分にピッタリな「ケークサレ」作りました。
材料（18㎝×8㎝のパウンドケーキ型）
ホットケーキミックス 150g
卵M 1個
牛乳 100㎖
オリーブオイル（お好みの油） 大さじ1
具材
ブロッコリーなどのお好みの野菜
ベーコン（ウインナーでも）
塩、コショウ（マジックソルトなどでもいいです）
マーガリン（バター）

150g hotcake mix
Egg M 1 pc.
100ml milk
1 tbsp olive oil (oil of your choice)
Ingredients
Vegetables of your choice, such as broccoli
Bacon (even in wieners)
Salt, pepper (magic salt, etc.)
Margarine (butter)
