② 材料紹介。180℃にオーブンを予熱します。
③ ボールに卵1個、砂糖15gを入れ、よく混ぜます。
④ 豆乳30g、油10gを入れ、よく混ぜます。
⑤ ホットケーキミックス100gを入れ、混ぜます。
⑥ バニラオイルを数滴入れ、、混ぜます。
⑦ 18cmパウンド型にクッキングシートを敷き、底に生地を薄く敷きます。
⑧ 180℃に予熱したオーブンで5分焼きます。
⑨ 14cmパウンド型にクッキングシートを巻きます。
⑩ 焼きあがった生地の上に、クッキングシートを巻いた14cmパウンド型を載せます。
⑪ 残りの生地を入れます。
⑫ 隙間に程よく生地を入れ、軽く空気抜きます。
⑬ 20分焼きます。
⑭ ボールに生クリーム150g、砂糖40gを入れホイップし、冷蔵庫で冷やします。
⑮ 焼きあがったら、粗熱を取り、冷蔵庫で冷やします。
⑯ パウンド生地の底をカットして、14cmパウンド型を取り出し、生クリームを入れ、カットした生地を元に戻します。

生クリーム…150g

② Material introduction. Preheat oven to 180°C.
③ Put 1 egg and 15g of sugar in a bowl and mix well.
④ Add 30g of soy milk and 10g of oil and mix well.

⑮ After baking, remove the rough heat and cool it in the refrigerator.
